Club News:

The Texas Association of Christian Bass Clubs is having their Top 6 Tournament on May 3, 2014, at Lake Palestine.  Six club members are planning to participate in this one-day event and will be traveling to Lake Palestine on May 30th.

The Amputee Fishing Day on Lake Bastrop scheduled for April 26th had to be cancelled due to some health problems that Frieda Borth is experiencing.  The event will not be rescheduled this year.

Couples Club Results:

The Couples Club held their second tournament on April 5th at Decker Lake.  Jim Pollard sent me an email with the tournament results attached and due to continued software problems, I can’t open the file today in order to include the results.  I’m beginning to think computers are more trouble than they are worth.

Fishing Report:

Several members have had successful fishing trips recently.  I have included several pictures that have been sent to me recently.  Bring your fishing report to the upcoming meeting and I’ll see you Thursday evening.

Art Cruser caught a huge bass on Lake LBJ recently.

Mike Wiles caught this fat bass at Decker Lake.
