Club News:

It’s hot outside!  It’s time to give serious consideration to fishing a night tournament on Lake Austin, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake or perhaps Lady Bird Lake.

Fishing Reports:

Fishing has been tough lately.  Members have fished Lake Austin, Lake LBJ, Decker Lake, and Lake Bastrop and everyone has reported tough fishing.  The night time bite has been slow and the schooling activity has been challenging for members to get hooked up.  August may be one of those months when a limit is hard to accomplish.  Don’t let my reporting get you down.  I’m trying to finish repairing my boat so I can get back on the water.  I don’t plan to miss our next tournament and I hope many of you plan to fish also.  I’ll see you next Thursday evening.
