May 2014 Meeting and Tournament:

Our May meeting will be on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 7:00pm at Millwood Baptist Church, 12217 Cassady Drive, Austin, Tx.  Our May tournament will be on Saturday, May 16, 2015.  No refreshments will be provided at this meeting.

Club News:

The important news relates to the May 23rd event involving the Round Rock Childrens Home.  We have been told that around 20 kids want to go fishing on Lake Georgetown that weekend.  We need riggers and non-riggers to support this event to ensure everyone has a great time.  Details regarding this event will be shared with everyone at the upcoming meeting and a sign-up sheet will be passed around.

Fishing Report:

Fishing has been good recently.  Lake Bastrop was really hot on May 2nd during the C.A.S.T. for Kids event.  Lots of fish were caught and the weather was perfect for the event.  Decker Lake produced some good weights for the members fishing the Retiree Club tournament last Friday morning.  The winning team had 10 fish over 29 pounds.  Bring your fishing report to the upcoming meeting and share it with everyone this Thursday evening.
