Club News:

Several events will occur before the end of April that require participation by enough club members to ensure their success. The first event is on April 23rd at the Crosswalk Church in Hutto located at 8650 CR 110 from 10:00am until 5:00pm.  We will need 2 volunteers to help set up Brian’s catfish tank on Friday evening before the event, 4 or 5 volunteers to help during the event (this will be for 4 hour shifts) and one volunteer who will give a 15 minute presentation that will relate to fishing and your witness regarding Christ in your life.  This is planned for 2:00pm.  At 5:00pm they will begin to serve catfish for dinner.  The second event is on April 30th at the Round Rock and Hutto YMCAs and involves helping with Brian’s catfish tanks and the club will raise $800 for the benefit of the club.  The event lasts about 6 hours and 3 or 4 volunteers will be needed at each location.  Sign-up sheets will be passed around at the upcoming meeting.
