Club News:
Don’t forget the Amputee Fishing Day is coming up next month on June 9th on Lake Bastrop. The C.A.S.T. for Kids event held on May 5th was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed beautiful weather and the fish were biting that morning. All the participants had a great time and enjoyed the fishing gear and the wonderful meals that were provided by many sponsors.
The date for the Roger Growden Heroes Night Out fishing day on Lake Travis will be October 13th. Put it on your calendar!
Fishing Reports:
I know the fishing is good everywhere right now. The Ned rig even works on Stillhouse Hollow (see picture below). Arturo sent me this picture of a 24.5” bass he caught with his Ned rig recently. Bring your fishing reports/pictures and share them at the upcoming meeting with everyone. I will see you at the meeting Thursday evening.
